Sun & Dung
This weekend the sun is absolutely streaming down, and the area looks incredibly gorgeous. From time to time you get a spectacular waft of hot cow dung smell from farms in the area, which while nasty is also a healthy indicator of seasons, agriculture, etc. I'm going to be riding motorcycle later this afternoon, and you could hardly find a better day for it!

Defensive Riding
This weekend I have my final road evaluation to finish up my Defensive Riding Course through Action Motorcycle School. I highly recommend them: the instruction was extremely thorough, systematic, and well planned out. Each step formed a very solid foundation for the next, and they break things down into extremely tiny steps so that you form muscle memories and habits of best riding practices. The instructors are patient and well-informed, with many years of experience. They keep it fun, too.
Owner and head instructor Chris Daigle makes sure everyone is safe and has a good time. Their graduates enjoy an astonishing 92% pass rate for the final Driver's test.

Motorcycles, Bikes, Rides
Transportation is a necessity. Transportation on two wheels becomes more. Leaning at velocity, in intimate contact with wind and the natural elements of the environment: a touchstone for fuller human experience.
Plus you can outrun the cops.
